Icicle clients - airport transfer reservations
If you are a course client, we will arrange your airport transfers for you between Geneva and Chamonix. The price is c.28 euros each way and our partners are fully insured and licenced, and have never let us down. Also they drop you off and collect you directly from the accommodation, and will meet any flight at any time.
Timings... We can arrange transfers for you up to a week before you travel. Please note that if you book at the last minute (within a week of travel), the price rises to c.40 euros each way due to the extra admin and unecessary hassle involved! When you arrive in Geneva the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it. The transfer to Chamonix takes about 90 minutes, so taking into account the time for you to reclaim baggage, you should arrive at the Icicle office about two hours after your flight has landed. For the return transfer, it is scheduled to leave Chamonix three hours before your flight, so you arrive as check in has just opened. This timescale ensures that you have plenty of time and will not miss your flight.

Your transfer will arrive in Chamonix approximately two hours after your flight lands in Geneva (e.g. a flight landing at 12:00 will mean arriving in Chamonix at about 14:00). Your course accommodation check-in is from 16:00, and the main course briefing is at 17:00. Please note that it is not possible to check-in after 18:00 without prior arrangement, as you will miss the main course briefing, attendance at which is compulsory.

As soon as we receive your online form, we will confirm your reservation by e-mail, with full details of where to meet the driver, and local contact numbers. The day before your return transfer to Geneva, please keep your mobile switched on as you will be texted an exact collection time from your accommodation. We understand you want to maximise your time in the resort, yet arrive at the airport in perfect time for your flight home.
