kit list is sent upon booking.

Basic
clothing
- Light colour long sleeve wicking base layer
- Schoeller / soft shell climbing trousers
- Mid layer fleece jacket / gillet
- Waterproof jacket (hard or soft shell)
- Fleece hat and gloves, and sunhat / cap
- Waterproof trekking boots, and gaiters
- Telescopic trekking poles with snow basket
- Shorts & t-shirts for hot summer trekking

Snowshoeing
- Avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel
- Snowshoes e.g. GV / TSL / MSR etc
- Goggles in case of wind blown snow

Altitude
treks
- Synthetic or down insulation jacket
- Thick waterproof over gloves
- Windproof over trousers (eg PacLite) |

General
kit
- Close fitting sun glasses (Factor 4 on snow)
- Pocket snacks for summit day (eg Haribos)
- Water bottle (not bladders as they freeze)
- Rucksack (up to 35 litres max is ideal)
- Basic blister kit, Aspirin, suncream |
