our Guides hold the IFMGA International Mountain Guide carnet (a legal requirement
to work in the high mountains of the Alps), and have been selected for their leadership
style, personality, and sense of humour, not to mention the fact that they aren’t
too bad at climbing and skiing either! For more details on the Guide qualification,

here. Needless to say, all Ice Angels guides are women. |

the itineraries are 1:2 guiding throughout, so you achieve the most, and
learn as much as possible.
A female instructor is on hand at some stage during the evening, for if you have
any technical queries, but we try and keep these courses as informal and fun as
possible. Courses are operated when a minimum of two people are booked on the
same course, but we are happy to find a climbing partner for you, if you are looking
to book on your own. Some groups prefer a male guide, and if this is the case
please let us know at the time of booking. |
